All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. We act as an intermediary; we are not the seller of the tickets. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are governed by the organizer’s policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticket Secure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good‑will, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ticket Secure, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
